The driver of the van hasn’t been identified and the cause of the accident is still under investigation.  Trinca was pronounced dead at the scene of the car accident. Her 3 children were transported to a hospital, where her 7-year-old son later died. Trinca’s other 2 children, 2- and 4-years-old, were listed in critical condition.  The driver of the van and a passenger received treatment for non life-threatening injuries.  When a car accident is caused by someone else’s negligence, then you may be able to collect compensation.
