Office Depot Recalls 1.5 Million Leather Chairs

It has been reported that Office Depot is recalling nearly one and a half million “Gibson Leather Task Chairs.”

The mounting plate weld can break, separating the seat from the base of the chair.

Several injuries have been reported, including a fractured back and fractured hip.

The chairs were sold in stores, as well as online, from 2003 through 2012.

If you have one of these recalled chairs, return it to the store for a credit or log onto “Office Depot.com” for more information.

If you or a loved one has sustained an injury from this defective Gibson chair, contact one of our Gacovino Lake attorneys at 1-800-246-HURT (4878).
