Man in Brooklyn Fatally Struck by Two Cars

February 5, 2012 – Brooklyn, N.Y. – According to a report from My Fox NY a man was fatally wounded after being struck by 2 cars.  The fatal pedestrian accident occurred on Thursday, January 26 at about 10 p.m. An unidentified 58-year-old man was crossing at the intersection where Avenue K and Coney Island Avenue meet when he was struck by a gray van. The driver of the van remained at the scene of the accident; however, while the pedestrian was lying in the crosswalk, he was then hit again by the driver of a sedan. That driver failed to stop.  The injured pedestrian was transported to Coney Island Hospital where he died from his injuries.  When you or someone you love has been seriously or fatally injured in a pedestrian accident, you may be able to seek compensation through a claim.
