Driver Under Influence of Drugs Hits 3 Teens on Long Island

August 17, 2011 – Long Island, New York – According to a report from NBC New York, a woman under the influence of drugs while driving hit 3 teens on Long Island.  Cathleen Wild, of Lindenhurst, New York, was driving while under the influence of drugs on Sunday, August 7, at about 11:45 p.m., when she struck 3 teens who had just crossed the street on Grand Boulevard at West Sixth Street, in Deer Park.  One of the teens, a 16-year-old, had to be airlifted to a hospital, where they are listed as being in serious but stable condition.
