Vehicle Falls from Brooklyn-Queens Expressway after Accident

December 12, 2011 – Brooklyn, N.Y. – According to Eyewitness News WABC-TV New York, NY, a 2-car collision causes a vehicle to fall from the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway.  The accident occurred on Saturday, Dec. 3, just before 8 a.m., on the eastbound side of the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. The crash caused one of the cars to hit a guardrail and then fly off the elevated roadway. It landed on the street below, with no one on the ground hurt.  An unidentified man in his 20s had to be extricated from his car. He was taken to Bellevue Hospital, with multiple injuries. The other driver suffered minor burns.
