Bronx Hit and Run Kills a 32-Year-Old Man

September 30, 2011 – Bronx, New York – According to a report from NBC New York, a hit and run in the Bronx resulted in the death of a 32-year-old man.  The fatal hit and run took place on Sunday, September 18, at approximately 1:45 a.m. on Story Avenue, between Havemeyer and Castle Hill Avenue.  The identified 32-year-old man was hit by the driver of a white Lincoln Navigator, who left the scene of the accident. The victim was transported to Westchester Square Medical Center but died as a result of his injuries.  The police were still looking for the driver of the Lincoln Navigator, and indicated that there was likely front-end damage to the vehicle.  If your loved one was killed in a hit and run or you were seriously injured in an accident, you may be entitled to compensation for your injuries or loss.
