New York City, New York – According to a report from the New York Daily News, a woman was killed in a single-car accident on the George Washington Bridge.  The tragic car accident took place during the early morning hours of Tuesday, June 7. Patricia Salcedo, 32, of Manhattan, lost control of her Toyota minivan while on the George Washington Bridge.
